Agricultural Establishment of Taanayel (EAT)

arcenciel aims to preserve the country’s agricultural heritage through sustainable agriculture, technology and innovation. The Domaine de Taanayel acts as a hub for the region’s pilot projects, and through collaborations with the country’s best institutions, it is able to provide farmers with the latest technologies and methodology.

The Domaine upholds the highest and toughest agricultural and safety standards. Successful techniques are disseminated to producers in the region and across the country through specialized cooperatives. Through the cooperatives, public programs are developed to support independent producers and further spread high-quality agricultural techniques.

ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMICAL SUSTAINABILITY

From a more global perspective, arcenciel tries as much as possible to reduce negative environmental impacts through the reduction of chemical fertilizers, the use of bio pesticides, integrated pest management, solar energy, fodder plantations (to keep our cows healthy and well fed) and the rationing of irrigation (introduction to drip irrigation, restoration of water canals, integrated water management etc.).
