CONTEXT
Lebanon Needs and arcenciel conducted assessments throughout the country have identified the most vulnerable and unsupported hospitals, paramedic organizations and medical waste treatment facilities.
Essential supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be purchased and delivered to hospitals and paramedic associations.

If hospitals and paramedics do not receive the support needed to respond to this crisis, the number of health care workers exposed to Covid-19 will increase, putting considerable pressure on the health care system and jeopardizing an effective response. The number of people affected by Covid-19, and those who succumb to the virus will reach the thousands.
