Inclusive Employement Unit

The Inclusive Employment Unit employs a dual-track strategy designed to empower job seekers with disabilities while institutionalizing disability inclusion within the private sector and governmental sectors.

1. Individual Empowerment: We provide comprehensive career services, including skills development, professional career readiness, and personalized coaching to adopt sustained growth and eliminate employment barriers. Our approach ensures effective job matching and includes rapid-response, on-the-ground support during emergency contexts.

2. Corporate Transformation: We partner with organizations using our Disability Inclusion Scale (DIS). Through tailored training and ongoing technical assistance, we facilitate a shift from traditional models toward a Rights-Based approach, promoting long-term cultural change and sustainable workplace diversity.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, advocating for decent work and accessible environments across Lebanon. By reducing inequalities and promoting disability inclusion, we ensure that persons with disabilities are recognized as key actors in the national economy.
